Falling Slowly

Last night, Stu and I went to Pasadena to see the movie Once. It is considered a musical, but not the type where the characters sing their dialog, but rather it is a story of a guy who plays the guitar and a girl who plays the piano. And yes, there is a lot of story told through song, but it is a beautiful story and we both thoroughly enjoyed it. I'm looking forward to buying the soundtrack.

We were also able to try a new chain that's been popping up around LA... Famima!! Definitely an experience, although I don't know how premium. I had pasta, stu had pork buns (aka: pow), and then we shared a chocolate mousse, which was by far the best part of the meal. Quite a fun evening!
