Here Comes the Sun...

Quick post for today, since it is 77 degrees outside and there are actually people in the pool, so I want to get out in the sun before the day completely slips away from me! It doesn't help that I slept for 12 hours and the day is halfway done already! I actually never intended to write today, but I was so excited to have seen so many comments, that the joy just overtook me!

So I don't have much to report since the last post, but I'll try to at least sound interesting. The most exciting thing that's happened is that I FINALLY spoke with my dad last night after about a month. We've been playing phone tag and he was also on vacation (he and his wife and friends were in Costa Rica for a stint). Regardless, we finally got to catch up, and it was great hearing about their trip and their new house that is almost completed. I also got to speak with my grandmother whom he is visiting for the weekend, and she's always fun to talk to because her world is always so cheery. She is very excited for the Keb'Mo' concert in Charleston on Tuesday night, which by the way, I'm extremely jealous that I'm not going! However I just saw him this past November at the Disney Concert Hall, here in LA, so I can't complain too much!

We also went to the Vista last night to see Zodiac, which was released yesterday, and I will get into that in my next post, but for now, the pool is too tempting! See you in a couple of hours!
